Ropee Flow Starter Light combines 12mm and 16mm Flow Ropes in one versatile starter package. You get two distinctly different ropes, allowing you to vary the speed, resistance and feel of your Flow Rope training.
The lighter rope in the package is always the 12mm Breeze, while you can choose the colour of your 16mm Flow Rope from the available options – including Neon Pulse.
12mm Breeze – light and fast
12mm Breeze is an excellent starting point for Flow Rope training.
The lighter rope moves quickly and makes learning new movement patterns, rhythm and coordination more approachable. It works particularly well for learning technique as well as longer and faster-paced flow sessions.
16mm – more feedback and resistance
16mm Flow Rope takes the resistance to the next level.
The thicker and heavier rope provides more feedback through each movement and challenges the upper body noticeably more than the 12mm rope. The 16mm size is an extremely versatile choice for Flow Rope training and a natural partner for the lighter Breeze.
Choose your preferred 16mm Flow Rope colour from the available options. The 16mm Neon Pulse is also available as part of the package.
Two different Flow Ropes in one package
Flow Starter Light lets you choose the rope according to the goal and feel of your workout:
12mm Breeze → lighter, faster and more technical
16mm → more weight, resistance and feedback
For example, you can learn new movement patterns with the lighter 12mm rope and then practise the same movements with the increased resistance of the 16mm rope.
This combination of two distinctly different ropes makes Flow Starter Light a versatile way to begin Flow Rope training.
