Shoulder pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal issues. According to an Ilta-Sanomat expert article (2025), even younger people are increasingly affected by shoulder problems, often related to rotator cuff syndrome. These problems may result from repetitive work, poor gym technique, or age-related tissue degeneration.
